                                              SERGEANT IVAN JOHN GREEN

We are trying to locate anyone who remembers Ivan John Green who was born about 1920 and lived in Rowley Regis before his short life was brought to a tragic end. He was shot down and killed in a Lancaster bomber on his way back from a mission. The information from the CWGC does not provide details of his parents or his address which is somewhat unusual.  A photograph of his grave appears below. If you are a relative or descendant or know someone who is, please get in touch because there are photos of him that the son of someone who served with Ivan wants to pass to the family. Please contact: Mike c/o Jenni  info@bcgfh.co.uk
